Fleming Paul Usiomah is the Founder, Chief Solutions Developer of Acesys Solutions. He leads the company’s product vision, software architecture and innovation strategy, guiding the development of technology platforms that help businesses operate more efficiently and compete in a fast-changing digital world.

With more than two decades of programming and software development experience, Fleming has worked across multiple technology stacks and has built application suites spanning business automation, enterprise systems, web platforms, mobile applications, artificial intelligence and computer vision. His technical leadership continues to shape the direction of Acesys Solutions as a company focused on practical, scalable and impactful software products.

A graduate of Computer Science from Madonna University, Fleming is known for his strong problem-solving mindset, persistence and ability to turn complex business needs into reliable digital solutions. Within Acesys Solutions, he continues to drive research, product development and team growth, with a particular interest in AI, automation and computer vision technologies.
